  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray 1 of the phyllo sheets with cooking spray; top with second phyllo sheet. Spray lightly with additional cooking spray. Cut crosswise into eight equal strips.
  • Spoon about 1 tsp. of the cream cheese spread onto bottom corner of one of the pastry strips. Fold end of dough over cream cheese spread at a right angle to form triangle. Continue folding in this fashion the entire length of dough strip. Place, seam-side down, on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and remaining cream cheese spread.
  • Bake 10 min.; transfer to wire racks. Cool 10 min. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Serve warm.

Brush phyllo sheets with melted butter instead of spraying with cooking spray.

Great way to use up leftover phyllo pastry (when making Make Ahead Phyllo Spinach Roll Ups, thanks to Kraft!). They make a nice little treat or appetizer. I think I made mine a little bit larger than suggested in the recipe, as I only got five triangles instead of eight. With this base recipe, the possibilities are endless

These are so good!!!! They are simple and quick to make. I could not find brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese so instead I added 2 tbs of brown sugar and 1 tps of connamon to Philadelphias natural spreadable cream cheese. It worked out great
