  • Heat oven to 375ºF
  • Mix cream cheese, whipping cream, parsley and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Combine barbecue sauce, butter, orange zest, juice and thyme. Add half the barbecue sauce mixture to potatoes in large bowl; mix lightly.
  • Layer potatoes in 12 (3-inch-wide) stacks on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet, overlapping potato slices as necessary to make even stacks.
  • Bake 40 to 45 min. or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, brushing potatoes with remaining barbecue sauce mixture and increasing oven temperature to 425ºF after 30 min. After about 20 min., heat oil in small skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 to 15 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Add sugar; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  • Serve potatoes topped with onions and cream cheese mixture.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
