  • Heat oven to 425┬║ F.
  • Combine butter, sugar and spices in a small bowl. Pour over sliced potatoes in large bowl; toss to coat.
  • Place mixture in 9-inch baking dish; cover. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven. Turn oven to broil.
  • Top potatoes evenly with marshmallows and place 6-inches from broiler. Broil 1 min. or until toasted.


Try this recipe replacing cinnamon and nutmeg with the same amount of pumpkin pie spice.
