How to Toast the Pepitas
Toast pepitas in skillet on medium-high heat 2 to 4 min. or until pepitas start to pop and are lightly browned.
How to Warm the Tortillas
Add tortillas, 1 at a time, to hot skillet; cook on medium-low heat 1 min. on each side or just until warmed.
Garnish each taco with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
Refrigerate leftover canned black beans up to 3 days. Add to your favourite chili recipe, or use to prepare our Open-Face Huevos Rancher.
Prepare using flour tortillas. To warm, stack tortillas then wrap in damp paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 1 min. or just until warmed.
