  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Place potatoes in single layer on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; brush evenly with 2 Tbsp. dressing. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until tender.
  • Meanwhile, bring onions and remaining dressing to boil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until onions are lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in water. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand until ready to use.
  • Arrange potatoes in single layer on platter; top with onions, cream cheese product and nuts.

Special Extra

For added flair, spoon cream cheese product into resealable plastic bag. Cut small corner from bottom of bag; use to squeeze cream cheese onto onion-topped potatoes. Top with nuts.
