Choose small, bright green Brussels sprouts with compact heads. Loose-leafed, dull sprouts are over the hill. The sprouts range in size from 1/2 to 1-/1/2 inches - the smaller the sprout, the more tender it will be.
Here's a tasty way to eat your vegetables. As a bonus, the Brussels sprouts in it provide an excellent source of vitamin C.

I liked this recipe - a good side dish to a protein and starch. I did not have the exact dressing - I couldn't find it, so used a Balsamic and Red Wine Vinegar dressing instead. In future, I think I will experiment with other flavors of oil-based dressings. Kraft has done it again - a simple idea that is easy to execute and tasty!
