  • Combine rosemary and crushed pepper; rub evenly onto chops.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chops; cook 5 min. on each side. (Chops will not be done.) Transfer chops to plate; cover to keep warm.
  • Add peas, sweet peppers and broth to skillet; stir to scrape any browned bits from bottom of skillet. Cover; cook 1 min. Add beans and vinegar; mix well. Add chops and any meat juices from plate. Simmer, covered, on medium-low heat 5 min. or until chops are done (160ºF).
  • Sprinkle with onions.

Prepare using your favourite variety of Heinz Beans.
