Love it, Love it, Love it, so easy to make and soooo tasty
This was sooo good! I am maing this for the 3rd time tonight and it is really nice. I like to add some other veggies to it and also a little bit of orange juice to give a little extra flavour even though it already has lots of flavour! It was just enough sauce for my family.
I've made this several times with many different veggies. We prefere apricot jam to orange marmalade and I add a scant amount of chicken broth depending on the veggies being used. A kids favorite!
