  • COMBINE ground chicken, 1/2 pouch coating mix, breadcrumbs and egg. Form into 24 meatballs. Shake in remaining coating mix.
  • SPOON pineapple evenly over bottom of 13 x 9-inch (3.5 L) baking dish. Arrange meatballs over pineapple and sprinkle with remaining coating mix.
  • BAKE at 375°F (190°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.

    I changed the recipe slightly by adding lean ground beef instead of ground chicken. I made the meatballs a little bigger and baked for 27min. It was awesome! Love the glaze and the pinapple with the beef (though I might add more pineapple next time because that was gone in no time)

    I make this recipe with ground beef instead of chicken and my entire family loves it. Definitely a family favorite.

    This recipe does not come out like you may think. They are nothing like chicken balls very soft mushy texture. We did not like them at all.
