  • Mix first 6 ingredients until blended.
  • Heat half the oil in wok or large deep skillet on high heat. Add meat; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until evenly browned. Remove from wok; cover to keep warm.
  • Add remaining oil to wok; heat 1 min. Add vegetables and garlic; stir-fry on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Stir corn starch mixture; add to wok. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add meat and pineapple; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until meat is done and pineapple is heated through.


Drain 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks. Use instead of the fresh pineapple chunks.


Use more or less Sriracha sauce to suit your personal taste.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked rice.

Special Extra

Garnish with diagonally sliced green onions before serving.
