  • Add carrots to boiling water in large skillet; cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Drain in colander.
  • Melt butter in same skillet on medium heat. Add carrots and sugar; cook and stir 1 min. Stir in ketchup; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until carrots are tender and evenly glazed with ketchup mixture. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with parsley.


Substitute maple syrup for the sugar.

Special Extra

Add 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper to cooked carrots in skillet along with the ketchup.
