these are so easy to make but make sure you let them defrost before you serve them otherwise the strawberries are rock hard. what I like to do is get a cookie sheet with parchment paper and melt bakers semi-sweet chocolate and use a knif to wip the chocolate into little rings to put ontop of the whip cream and then put the strawberry ontop.
