  • BRING water to boil in a 10 in. frypan; add asparagus. Cook for 2 minutes; drain. (Asparagus will still be crisp.) Place asparagus in a baking dish.
  • COMBINE cheese, breadcrumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over asparagus.
  • BAKE 8 to 10 minutes in preheated 400°F (200°C) oven or until cheese mixture is lightly browned.
