  • Toss cheese with corn starch in medium bowl.
  • Bring wine, lemon juice and garlic just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat. Remove garlic with slotted spoon; discard.
  • Add cheese, in small batches, to wine mixture, cooking and stirring constantly after each addition 5 min. or until cheese is completely melted. Bring mixture to boil; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened.
  • Stir in mustard.

Serving Suggestion

Pour into fondue pot to keep warm while serving with crusty bread cubes and your favourite cut-up fresh vegetables.


Use alcohol responsibly.


Substitute chicken broth for the wine.
