Yummy! Made with brown rice instead of white. Really easy to make. Served with sour cream.
I used beer braised shredded pork and basmati rice. I cooked the rice separately and added it at the end. I did have to use extra taco seasoning for more flavor. I also added green onions sprinkled on top of the cheese. Very good, my hubby loved it!
