  • Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork; sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix. Stir-fry 2 min.
  • Add vegetables, rice, water and remaining seasoning mix; mix well.
  • Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover. Simmer 5 min. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 5 min.

    Yummy! Made with brown rice instead of white. Really easy to make. Served with sour cream.

    I used beer braised shredded pork and basmati rice. I cooked the rice separately and added it at the end. I did have to use extra taco seasoning for more flavor. I also added green onions sprinkled on top of the cheese. Very good, my hubby loved it!
