  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium heat; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add yellow onions; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in seasoning mix and ketchup; simmer on medium-low heat 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Place salad greens on platter; top with tortilla chips, meat mixture, cheese, tomatoes and green onions.
  • Mix chili sauce and dressing until blended. Drizzle over salad just before serving.
