  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Crumple 4 large sheets of foil to make 4 (3-inch) balls; place on baking sheet. Top each with 1 tortilla; spray with cooking spray. Bake 6 to 8 min. or until tortillas are golden brown. (Tortillas will drape over balls as they bake.)
  • Meanwhile, brown meat with chili powder in large nonstick skillet. Stir in beans and salsa; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Fill tortilla shells with salad greens, meat mixture, cheese and tomatoes. Drizzle with dressing.

Makeover - How We Did It

We've taken a favourite recipe and made it over by using extra-lean ground beef, Kraft Calorie-Wise Rancher's Choice Dressing and Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese instead of the full-fat products. In addition, the tortillas are baked, not fried. This saves a total of 186 calories and 18 grams of total fat, including 8 grams of saturated fat, per serving.

    Used home made chunky salsa. This was very tasty and took no time at all to put together. Like the make ahead ingredients.

    Delicious! An easy, fast recipe that I will be making again. Be careful not to over cook the tortillas. I found five mins in the oven long enough. Also added some taco seasoning to the beef to jazz it up. Excellent quick meal for a busy night!
