  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray both sides of tortillas with cooking spray, then place in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until crisp and lightly browned.
  • Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Add water and taco seasoning mix; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 min.
  • Spread each tortilla with 1 Tbsp. Cheez Whiz. Top evenly with the meat mixture, lettuce, crumbled tortilla chips, tomatoes, shredded cheese and salsa.


Substitute ground turkey or chicken for the ground beef.

Healthy Living

To cut back on the fat, prepare as directed using extra-lean ground beef or simulated ground beef, Cheez Whiz Light Process Cheese Product, Cracker Barrel Light Cheese and baked tortilla chips. If using the simulated ground beef, mix with the water and taco seasoning mix in large skillet, then bring to boil and continue as directed.
