  • Toss chicken with 2 Tbsp. dressing and seasonings. Refrigerate 15 min.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Spread chicken into single layer on parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake 16 min. or until done, turning after 8 min.
  • Toss lettuce with remaining dressing in large bowl; top with chicken and cheese.

Variation

Refrigerate chicken in dressing mixture as directed. Heat greased barbecue on medium heat. Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill 16 min. or until done, turning after 8 min.

Shortcut

Substitute 1 tsp. store-bought tandoori masala powder for the dried seasonings used here.
