  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add peppers, onions and cumin seed; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Add chicken and seasonings; cook and stir 2 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in tomatoes, coriander and lemon juice.
  • Spread chips evenly onto 2 parchment-covered rimmed baking sheets; sprinkle evenly with half the cheese. Cover with chicken mixture and remaining cheese.
  • Bake 10 min. or until cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Special Extra

Add sliced black olives or sliced seeded jalapeño peppers to the chicken mixture before using as directed.
