  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix first 9 ingredients until well blended.
  • Heat oil in medium saucepan on high heat. Add next 5 ingredients, cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Stir in dressing mixture; pour over fish in 13x9-inch baking dish. Turn fish to coat both sides of each fillet; cover.
  • Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Gently transfer fish to serving dish; top with sauce.


Prepare using salmon or kingfish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over hot cooked brown rice.
