    This is THE best hummus recipe I've ever come across! Although I would recommend making it in a food processor only, as a blender makes it really difficult. And I found 2 gloves of garlic is PLENTY! Very addictive.

    My husband loved this recipe says its one of the best he's ever had, but the garlic is very strong in it so you might want to use less then it calls for.

    This recipe was great. I took the advice from others and only used 2 cloves of garlic. It was jalapino minced garlic, so it added a bit of zing to it. I also added a bit of Mexican Chili powder. I didn't know making hummus was so easy! Everyone loved it!
