Blend ingredients as directed. Add 1 cup ice cubes; blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
If you don't have pop molds, you can use 6 (3-oz.) paper cups instead. Insert wooden popstick in centre of each filled cup for handle. When ready to serve, dip cups in warm water for 15 sec. Peel off cups. (Do not twist or pull popsticks.)
