By adding ingredients I have on hand I can create a salad with a new taste and texture.
Show single serving in a portable lunch container with crackers or other bread-not as a sandwich.
Spread onto bagel halves or spoon into pita bread pockets. Salad may also be served over torn salad greens.
Serve over torn salad greens tossed with tomato wedges and cucumber slices, but eat this indulgent salad in moderation. To make it healthier, try using fewer walnuts and use a light salad dressing instead.
For added crunch, add chopped celery!
