  • Mix 1 can (170g) white tuna in water, drained and flaked with 2 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip Spread in medium bowl.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup each chopped walnuts and halved seedless red grapes.
  • Serve with Christie Wheat Thins Crackers.

Healthy Living

Serve over torn salad greens tossed with tomato wedges and cucumber slices, but eat this indulgent salad in moderation. To make it healthier, try using fewer walnuts and use a light salad dressing instead.

For added crunch, add chopped celery!

    Amazingly great .... I eat it out of a container and skip the bread when I take it for lunch. (But make it with Mayo---it has less sugar---we are not a Miracle Whip household!)
