I found the dish quite bland, maybe it was the teriyaki stir-fry sauce I used
This is the 2nd time I've made this recipe and the whole Family liked it. I make mine a little different. I make regular rice in its on pot and serve it on the bottom of the topping mixture. I mix the teriyaky sauce and garlic in pan with shrimp and broccoli and serve it on top. mmmm good! :)
I don't like shrimp but made this with my husband in mind. He said it was good, and my 10 year old son came back for seconds. It smelled really good while cooking. I used brown instant rice and doubled the recipe, but found that all the liquid didn't absorb in the alloted time while following instructions to the letter.
