My family has been enjoying this recipe for years. It's been one of our go to recipes . I also add a taco seasoning to the ground beef. It makes it really taste like a taco. We add all the regular taco toppings to individual taste. A dollop of sour cream, salsa, diced peppers, green onions, shredded lettuce, sliced olives, & some Tex-Mex grated cheese. A good way to get those veggies in.
Great recipe and so quick and easy. Made it tonight for supper and I sure didn't feel like cooking. It's a keeper!
