  • COMBINE tomato sauce, lime juice and seasoning and heat over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in zucchini and corn and cook 2 more minutes.
  • STIR in 1 cup (250 mL) of the cheese and heat until melted. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with nacho chips.
