  • Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with onions and crushed pepper. Add chicken broth and barbecue sauce; cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3-1/2 to 4 hours). Remove chicken from slow cooker. Cool slightly.
  • Meanwhile, whisk corn starch and water until blended. Add to ingredients in slow cooker; whisk until blended.
  • Pull chicken into shreds with 2 forks. Add to slow cooker along with the beans; stir. Cook, covered, on HIGH 10 min. or until slightly thickened.
  • Serve topped with cheese.

Serving Suggestion

Serve topped with crumbled cooked bacon, crushed tortillas chips, sour cream and/or chopped fresh cilantro in addition to the cheese.
