Great recipe! To make it faster and simpler substitute a jar of your fave salsa for the tomato sauce, peppers and onion.

It was relatively quick to prepare and had lots of flavour. I didn't need to add any salt! I think next time I will add mushrooms when cooking the sausage mix. Delicious, will make again!

Loved it!! You do need to use a LARGE skillet for the end mix before adding to casserole dish. I used a 9X13 casserole dish & it was full. Also used up some leftover items like red for green pepper, KRAFT pepper cheese for Cheddar, and frozen corn niblets. Baked as indicated, then uncovered for another 10 minutes @ 400 to give a little browning set to the top.

great dinner for the family. One thing you could try is a can of chilli style beans which has spices already added and two types of beans, worked out great for me.

Excellent dish! My family loves it. I like to use nacho cheese, as I find it gives more flavour.

This recipe is fantastic. So quick and easy after a long day. My family doesn't like Kidney beans so I substituted them for baked beans. It worked great!!
