Tex-Mex Pizza Cups - a great little appetizer recipe for casual gatherings. The cups are made with purchased pizza dough which cuts down on preparation time. Serve with a variety of Tex-Mex garnishes and let your guests customize their own!

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll to 1/8-inch thickness. Use 3-3/4-inch biscuit cutter to cut dough into 16 rounds, rerolling scraps as necessary.
  • Press 1 dough round onto bottom and up side of each of 16 muffin pan cups. Fill with beans, adding about 2 Tbsp. to each cup.
  • Bake 9 to 10 min. or until crusts are lightly browned. Meanwhile, fill serving bowls with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve pizza cups with toppings, letting each guest top their own cup.

How to Keep the Baked Cups Warm

Remove baked cups from muffin pans; place in single layer on baking sheet. Cover loosely with foil. Place in warm oven up to 30 min. before serving.


Prepare using Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese or Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese.
