  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Use 2-inch round cookie cutter to cut hole in centre of each bread slice. Discard bread circles or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
  • Spread bread with Miracle Whip; place, dressing-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish. Break 1 egg into each hole; top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until egg whites are set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm.

Serving Suggestion

Instead of discarding the cut-out bread circles, serve them with the baked sandwiches to soak up the egg yolks.


If you don't have the round cookie cutter, use the top of a clean drinking glass instead to cut the holes in the bread slices.
