This flavourful corn relish also makes a great accompaniment for cooked burgers, sausages, chicken or pork.
For more flavour, brush steaks with reserved marinade mixture then refrigerate up to 2 hours before grilling as directed.
Add corn to pan of boiling water; cook 2 to 3 min. or until bright yellow in colour. Drain. Immediately plunge corn into bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When completely cool, drain and pat dry.
