  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  • Mix chicken, onions, ginger, Worcestershire sauce and garlic just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 7 to 9 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce until blended. Add to coleslaw blend; mix lightly.
  • Top burgers with cheese, then place buns, cut sides down, on barbecue grate. Grill 1 min. or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
  • Fill buns with burgers and coleslaw.

Keeping it Safe

Use an instant-read thermometer, inserted horizontally through the sides of all the burgers, to ensure you have cooked them to a safe temperature.

Serving Suggestion

Serve burgers topped with your favourite condiments, such as sliced pickles, Heinz Yellow Mustard and/or Heinz Tomato Ketchup.
