  • Mix water and hoisin sauce in saucepan. Bring just to boil. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts; set aside.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients except lettuce in large bowl. Tear lettuce lengthwise in half along the centre stem.
  • Spoon sprout mixture evenly onto lettuce leaves; roll up tightly, being careful to not tear the leaves. Serve with the hoisin sauce mixture.


Omit water, hoisin sauce and peanuts. Prepare bundles as directed. Serve with 2/3 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing.

    Enjoyed the flavours & that it's low carb, but messy to eat. Have tried rolling in rice paper - works very well - but abt 6 carbs per sheet.

    Our family did not like this recipe. We felt the flavor of the mayo overtook all the other flavors. Maybe with reduced amount of Mayo, it may be netter

    I used chives (blanched) instead of the green onions to tie-longer and then I could trim them when done.
