Enjoyed the flavours & that it's low carb, but messy to eat. Have tried rolling in rice paper - works very well - but abt 6 carbs per sheet.
Our family did not like this recipe. We felt the flavor of the mayo overtook all the other flavors. Maybe with reduced amount of Mayo, it may be netter
I used chives (blanched) instead of the green onions to tie-longer and then I could trim them when done.
