  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg; mix well.
  • Spread 1/4 of the pasta sauce onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Spread ricotta mixture onto noodles; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in prepared baking dish; top with remaining pasta sauce. Cover.
  • Bake 30 min. or until heated through, uncovering after 20 min. About 10 min. before lasagna is done, melt butter in saucepan on medium heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually whisk in milk; bring to boil, stirring constantly. Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in remaining nutmeg.
  • Serve roll-ups topped with prepared sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot steamed seasonal fresh vegetables.

Substitute

Prepare using your favourite variety of Catelli or Catelli Garden Select Pasta Sauce.
