I am not sure if I measured the flour correctly. They are in fridge I am wondering if I need to add more flour. How firm should this dough be?
This was a wonderful tasting cookie recipe - Very light and not too sweet not to mention very easy to make! I used wildberry jam in place of the strawberry jam and thought the flavour really suited the cookie! A definite keeper!
Used raspberry jam and added 1/4 cup extra sugar to dough recipe. Everyone loved it and asked for recipe.
