  • Combine yeast and sugar in medium bowl. Add milk; stir until yeast is dissolved. Add 1/4 cup dressing, butter, thyme, 1/4 tsp. salt and egg; mix well. Add flour; stir until mixture forms ragged dough.
  • Place dough on lightly floured surface; knead 5 min. or until smooth and elastic. Transfer dough to lightly oiled bowl; cover with plastic wrap or clean dish towel. Let stand in warm place 40 to 45 min. or until doubled in size.
  • Punch down dough; divide into 12 equal portions. Divide each portion into 3 pieces; shape and roll each into ball. Place 3 balls in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; cover with towel. Let rise 15 to 20 min. or until doubled in size.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Brush dough with remaining dressing; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until golden brown. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove to wire racks; cool slightly.

Serving Suggestion

Serve warm with herb or garlic-flavoured butter.
