  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Combine cracker crumbs, milk and 1 cup toffee bits; press into bottom of prepared pan.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min. or until centre is set. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating well after each addition; spread onto dessert. Sprinkle with remaining toffee bits. Let stand until icing is firm. Use foil handles to lift dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
