  • Heat greased barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix dressing and ginger until blended.
  • Thread tofu and vegetables alternately onto 8 skewers; brush with dressing mixture.
  • Grill 2 to 3 min. on each side or until tomatoes burst and tofu is heated through.


Substitute 1-1/2 tsp. ground ginger for the grated gingerroot.


If using wooden skewers, soak them in water before using to help prevent them from burning on the barbecue.
