  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients; spread onto parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until bacon is crisp, stirring after 15 min. Meanwhile, toss spinach with cheese in medium bowl. Place breads in single layer on separate baking sheet.
  • Add bacon mixture to spinach mixture; mix lightly. Spoon over breads. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until heated through.

For Easy Cleanup

The baking sheet is covered with parchment before using to bake the bacon mixture to make cleanup a snap.

Special Extra

Top with 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves before serving.
