made this without the bacon, and it was great! will definitely be making this again!
This was GREAT!!!! loved it,I had no diced tomatoes so I just diced a fresh one and then added some water, and if you like things spicy like me add about 1 teaspoon of red pepper instead, also 1 cup of mozzarella makes it extra creamy!
This dish was really delicious and easy to make. I made it without the bacon and added some asparagus and it tasted to fresh and summery. I really impressed my guests!
