It was OK. I didn't have any Italian sausage, so I used cheddar smokies.
Just served this meal for supper. I doubled everything except spinach. I will put this meal on the regular rotation as it was easy and delicious. The Italian sausage gave it a wonderful flavor . I can't wait to serve this for company because it looks and tastes like what you would find in a fine Italian restaurant.
