  • Cook rice as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, cook next 5 ingredients in saucepan on low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • Stir-fry meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 min. or until evenly browned. Add vegetables and 3 Tbsp. peanut sauce; stir to evenly coat ingredients with sauce. Stir-fry 2 min. or until meat is done and all ingredients are heated through.
  • Spoon meat mixture over rice; drizzle with remaining peanut sauce.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with 2 thinly sliced green onions before serving.


Prepare using 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts.


If you prefer a milder sauce, omit the Sriracha sauce.
