  • Heat panini grill.
  • Spread 1/4 cup cream cheese product onto 1 tortilla to within 1/4 inch of edge; top with second tortilla. Spray with cooking spray. Grill 4 to 5 min. or until evenly browned on both sides. Transfer to cutting board; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Meanwhile, mix next 4 ingredients in microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring every 30 sec.
  • Cut tortillas into quarters. Serve topped with salmon, eggs, Miracle Whip mixture and chives.

How to Poach the Eggs

Add 1 L (4 cups) water to large skillet or saucepan; stir in 1 tsp. Heinz Distilled White Vinegar. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low to keep water at a gentle simmer. Break eggs, 1 at a time, into small bowl. Holding bowl close to water’s surface, gently slip eggs into water. Cook 5 min. or until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm. Use slotted spoon to lift out eggs; drain in spoon or on paper towels. Trim off rough edges, if desired.

Note

If you don’t have a panini grill, you can cook the filled tortillas in a nonstick skillet instead. Fill tortillas as directed; cook, 1 at a time, in skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until tortillas are golden brown on both sides.

Substitute

Substitute thinly sliced ham or smoked turkey for the salmon.
