  • Heat waffle maker. Lightly spray both sides of 1 tortilla with cooking spray; place in waffle maker. Close lid; cook 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned. Carefully press warm tortilla into small bowl; cool 10 min. or until firm. Repeat with remaining tortillas, using separate bowl for each.
  • Toss fruit with lime juice. Mix yogurt and MiO; spoon into tortilla shells. Top with fruit mixture.

Note

No waffle maker? You can prepare the tortilla shells in microwaveable bowls instead. Line each of 4 small microwaveable bowls with tortilla. Microwave, 1 at a time, on HIGH 30 sec. Cool completely before filling as directed.

Variation

Prepare using MiO Liquid Water Enhancer Strawberry Watermelon, and substituting 1-1/2 cups sliced strawberries for the halved lychees.

Special Extra

Garnish each with a light sprinkling of granola or toasted sliced almonds.
