  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Whisk eggs, water and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in large bowl until blended. Add stuffing mix and meat; mix just until blended.
  • Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; shape into football shape. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
  • Bake 55 min. or until done (160ºF). Meanwhile, cut 1 cheese stick lengthwise in half, then cut each half crosswise into 4 pieces.
  • Place remaining cheese sticks, end to end, on top of meatloaf. Top with short cheese pieces to resemble laces on a football. Bake 5 min. or until cheese starts to melt.
