  • Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
  • Arrange half the cake slices on bottom of trifle bowl; spread with half the jam. Stand half the strawberries, cut sides out, around edge of bowl. Top with half the pudding, then remaining cake slices; spread with remaining jam. Cover with remaining pudding.
  • Top with Cool Whip, blackberries, blueberries and remaining strawberries. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Substitute

Substitute raspberries for the blackberries.

Special Extra

Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
