  • Mix corn starch and mustard in large bowl. Add cubed cheeses; toss to coat.
  • Rub inside of fondue pot with garlic. Add wine. Bring just to boil on medium heat.
  • Add cubed cheeses, in batches, cooking after each addition until cheeses are completely melted, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until completely melted, reducing heat if necessary to prevent sauce from coming to a boil.


Recipe can be prepared in saucepan on top of the stove if you don't have a fondue pot.

Serving Suggestion

Serve as a dip with French bread cubes, cooked new potatoes, blanched cauliflower or broccoli florets, and/or apple slices.
