  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined flour, cocoa and baking soda; mix well. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate and nuts.
  • Divide dough into 4 portions; shape each into 12-inch log. Place, 2 inches apart, in 2 shallow pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 to 18 min or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Transfer to wire racks; cool 10 min.
  • Melt white chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over logs. Let stand until glaze is firm. Cut each log into 12 slices.

Storage Know-How

Cool completely, then store in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week. Or, freeze up to 3 months.
