  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour over crust.
  • Bake 45 to 50 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.

Cheesecake can be prepared ahead of time. Cool completely, then freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator and garnish just before serving.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or just until softened.


If using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan, reduce oven temperature to 325°F.

Garnish with cut-up fresh fruit, such as lemon, lime and/or orange slices.
