Cheesecake can be prepared ahead of time. Cool completely, then freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in refrigerator and garnish just before serving.
Prepare using Philadelphia Light Brick Cream Cheese Spread.
Place completely unwrapped packages of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or just until softened.
If using a dark nonstick 9-inch springform pan, reduce oven temperature to 325°F.
Garnish with cut-up fresh fruit, such as lemon, lime and/or orange slices.
